Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to the plan features from day one. At the end of the trial, you choose to continue with a paid plan or cancel. We do not auto-charge.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade below your current platform connection limit, you choose which platforms to disconnect.

No. Your drafts, ideas, and published content are never used to train or fine-tune any model. This is confirmed in our Data Processing Agreement. Our inference provider is contractually prohibited from using customer data for training. You own everything you create in Deaku.

Most users are set up in under 15 minutes. You create an account, connect your platforms via OAuth (each takes about 2 minutes), and Deaku immediately starts pulling your recent posts for tone analysis. Your first AI brief is typically ready within 5 minutes of signup.
